Simply tells us and reminds us f God's luv fur us

...then I slept

I rolled and tossed
On my little bed
Trying to find rest
For my weary little head
The more I tried
The more I grew restless
I was like a child
That was so helpless
I was so weak and fatigued
All my bones were dead
Yet my eyes wont give in
When will this torment end?
I struggled to rise
My legs unable to bear me
I pulled the curtains aside
And pushed the windows open wide
Before me was the beauty of the night
In all their glamour and splendour
The heavenly bodies in all their ador
The moon in the fullness of its glory
Shedding its steady stream of light
The stars shinning in the sky
Adding beauty to the view up high
Even at night, they light up the nations
They are God"s wondrous creations
As they shed their light upon my little face
I cant but think of God"s loving grace
If God can call them by their names
Can He even recognise me,without fame?
Yet,right through the light
I could see the face of a loving father
Staring down at me with merciful eyes
And with a smile on his face he said
"Before you were born,I knew thee
Right there and then
I faced the reality that
Even with the numerous stars in the sky
I have a father that cares and watches over me
...then I slept.
