This is inspired by a song called "When I Die"
I put a twist to it and made it a lfree poem
I write poetry as music and I hope you catch
the rhythm... ENJOY...

"When I Die"

"Remember when I die, Girl,
Don't you cry, Just dry your eyes,
I never meant for me to say goodbye,
But, Remember when I die...."

I'm at the last second, the last day for me to enjoy life,
And I am sorry to say I won't be able to make you my wife,

I will be gone by the time my next birthday comes around,
I never meant for "you and me" to go down the way "we" went down,

When I die, Girl, I don't want you to shed tears, just be happy you had me,
Everything will be alright because in your heart and soul is where you had me,

And I hope that is where I'll be, in a minute, I'll just be a memory,
(I never meant for me to say goodbye)

Gone; with a last breath in your presence, the last minute in essence,
Your essence, your beautiful soul and mind as an adolescent,

And I hope you breathe in my pride because that is the last thing I gave you,
Without my heart and blood my pride is "nothing" that isn't what I gave you,

I gave you my all, and I hope you're swimming in these gifts,
You'll always be my angel, and forever you will be,

You're my baby girl, my first kiss and love, forever will be,
Your baby, your first kiss and love, forever I will be....

"When I die, I don't want the world to cry, I just want them to remember the great things I accomplished, and that includes conquering your heart, when I die, don't cry, just dry your eyes, keep your head high, and your dreams to the sky. I'll be gone for a while, and hope you're there for my return...."
