Some people's attitude towards a desaster.

"Not Mine."

It's not my life,
So I feel no strife,
It's not my house,
So I sit, quiet as mouse,
It's not my car,
Besides, I'm on my way to the bar,
I have no time for lost souls,
I don't have to pay their tolls,

It's not my kid,
So why should I place myself amid
A problem that is not mine?
I have enough on my mind,
Bills, work, school, life,
Why should I burden their strife?

It's now my life,
It's now my strife,

My car,
My home,
My kid,
My family,
My bills,

...Nobody cares
And everyone is thanking God it isn't their's!
