Beyond the Dawn of Love a cowrite by Katherine Lockhart and M.A.Meddings
With lythe lips she aspired
To set his heart on fire
Desirable was her name
And her freckles were his shame
She beckoned him with a look
And with her silkly skin she took
His heart and made it her own
And once this love had grown
Its ripe fruit flavoured their days
Open and willing in their ways
For this is a tale of two souls
As their glorious story unfolds
In her diaphanous gentle style
She drew him to her with a smile
Such that he must admit
Her soft and sinuous movements
Made him feel so young and alive
Was such conception so contrived
Within a heart that tender implored
Oh! Let this love be proven lord
Until with dignity in her soul
She gave to him the sweetest know
How she didst truly deeply care
As her perfect love was everywhere
Thus in this sphere of sweetest bliss
She offered forth her hand to kiss
And he in sweet nectar dreams
Found euphoric beautied schemes
As dressed in chiffon gowns she came
like the bluebird must return again
When orange blossom in summer hue
Swell the buds of love for you
And quietly we go hand in hand
Provide to each where dogwoods stand
An orchid love so beautious there
A fervour unto one so pure and fair
So thus in cosmic wondrous dreams
Beyond the dawn of this love
In bountiful joy we found ourselves
Recumbent amongst the flowers that bloom
Yearning still as hearts allow
Supple limbs within this room
White silken skin I touch in you
Loving you in twilights gloom
Endlessly yearning just that you love me too
