I can't possibly write everything that I think is like death, but these are just some of them.

My Definitions of Death

When lovers cease to each imerse,
in pleasure that was unknown at first
This is death

When we mankind, forget the dying,
the broken hearted and people crying
This is death

When hate is rampant on the earth,
and the light of love burns no more
This is death

When a revolution is no longer,
and the fire is but a smolder
This is death

When fakery is the norm,
and honesty is scorned
This is death

When evil reigns
and none take a stand for the truth
This is death

When hope has decayed,
and we are despairing
This is death

When friends betray
to save themselves
This is death

When you stop caring,
and harden yourself to feeling again
This is death

Elle The PoetBay support member heart!
It can be hard to define something as final as death and I think you have done very well with this poem and I could agree with much of this
