The Curse
All I see is pain and tragedy..Fighting through this endless Dream!
All I hear are screams of torment..
Breaking through silent despair!
All I breath is our own Curse..
Choking all who hear the Dream!
All I know is dead or dying..
Falling far from Life's cruel hand!
Innocence..Apathy..Conceive this Curse in me!
Crawling inside another black day
Crippled by doubt and dismay
Wade through the Curse that they send
Waiting for freedom through The End.
You cut your skin
Tempting the end
Breeding contempt
Savour the scent
Of your demise
You close your eyes
Life-force is spent
Begin descent
But you won't die!
And still you lie
Writhing in the pain
Feeding on your brain
Spawning the Curse...Spawn of the Curse!
From behind you're taken
By the beasts that you have awakened
Far ahead in the distance
Are the souls that mock your resistance
Ripping skin from bone and sinew
Are the numberless that abhor you
Dreaming of this life forsaken
Is the Curse that you have awakened
"As the flock of the air, so shall be your plagues.
Though the winds may cool your brow, your fever shall remain
And when the ships come for you, their decks will burst and sink.
Scavengers shall lick your flesh as you hunger for pardon."
Never ending night
Vomiting the light
Cloaking all with fright
Eating the wretched life.
Shell of a man
Fulfilling the plan
Scathing the land
Time is the Wicked...
...Redeemer, Destructor, Destroyer
Beating the chest of this poor lost one
Missing what's left of what's left undone
Hoping the dark will cover his sin
Judging the whore because she left him...
...She left me!
To rot alone...
...Mocking me!
Unloved, unknown...
...Killing this will to endure!
Falling down...
...To rise no more.
I cut this skin
Tempting the end
Breeding contempt
Savour the scent
Of my demise
You close my eyes
Life-force is spent
Begin descent
But I won't die!
And still I lie
Writhing in the pain
Feeding on your brain
Message is sent...you can't repent!
