In Malaga as always you remain in my heart. As promised a Sunday love song for a lady

A Love Song from Malaga by M.A.Meddings

In half light smiling
You come to me
And I in simple awe forget
There ever was a time
When my heart was not yours
Yet it must have been thus
In the dark edges of life before you came
For then the world held no sunshine
That is your smile no simple gentility that is you
No glory took my sight
The way your silken skin shines on me
Then there was no grace to my life
Until I found the serenity that is your beautiful face
There was no touch as tender as yours
No hands so soft as those that hold mine
Just as our fingers entwine
I feel the amperes climb
In charged electricity magnetism
How else could it be
When I am held so helplessly under your spell
Captive in this heaven that is mine within your eyes
Sublime beguile is your smile
Enchantment  your beautiful eyes
A serenity and grace I cannot replace
How captive is my heart for you
As always it has been
And missing you here  in Andalucia

A lovely love poem; I admire especially lines 2-5, which so well express one of the wonders of new love.

Oh my love your words are beautiful. They are soft caresses to my soul. They move me to a place of contentment and excitement all at the same time. I melt to the sound of them as I read them out loud. You are the love of my life. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxyb
