mindful peace

The moving air speaks to me as it chills my bones
I bundle in my coat to cover myself from the harsh cold
We converse about the thoughts that are in my head
Like a headache this intellection leaves my psyche unfed
Meaningless communication that chases my tail
These are the pulses that make my relaxation excell
My own down pillow to unlax my very existance
To which I have never nor will ever have resistance
Somewhere you can discover your nirvana for moments
And when it hurts so much you want let go...don't
