When it comes to loving ourselvesWe're not as forgiving
There comes a time in your life
When you finally get it
In the midst of all your
fears and insanity you
stop dead in your tracks
Somewhere a voice cries
out within your head
Your cries,cry out
ENOUGH
You awaken to the fact
You are not perfect
Not everyone will love you
Appreciate or approve
of who or what you are
And that's OK
Everyone is entitled to their
own views and opinions
You learn the importance
of loving yourself
In the process
You as a individual
A new found
Confidence is born
Of self approval
You learn to
love yourself
Then you can look
at the world you live in
In a whole new light
Loving yourself
Makes the world
seem alright
