Mystic desires : Jingles of heart
Mystic is the desireIn the tender heart of the seed
To break open shackles
And be called a tree.
Mystic is the desire, that flows
In the breast of the sea
To break all limits
And kiss the land.
Mystic is the desire
Rampant, in the ball of dew
To bathe in glory, just once
And lose self.
Mystic is the desire, that plagues
The li'l moth
To kiss the fire, just once
And die in peace.
A mystic desire settles
With dusk
To be one with your lover
And seep deep in love.
A mystic desire was what
The Almighty's heart caught
And seeds of life spread.
A mystic desire was what
Alexander's life sought
And to annexations led.
A mystic desire is what
Burdens the cloud
And elixir spreads.
A mystic desire is everyday
For a man trodden with age
A mystic desire is everynight
For jungles bathed in moonlight.
Mystic is the rhythm
In the beating of drums
Mystic is the warmth
Of the winter sun.
Mystic is the dance
Of the wind gone wild
Mystic is the secret
Of weather mild.
Mystic is the love
Of heavens and earth
Locked in a kiss
They merge on the horizon.
Mystic is the determination impregnable
Mystic is the hunger insatiable
Mystic carnal desires palpable
And the river flows
Unwavering in its course.
Ah!
A desire mystic
My heart it tickles
To be the fragrance of every flower
To be the song of every bird
To be the rain of every cloud
And be one with nature.
When the curtains are drawn
And the first bird chirps
And a mystic day slowly usurps
A pantheon is erected on the skies
In obeisance to thee,
Mystic, the One
Who casts enchantment into this world.
