A single bell toll is ringing every five minutes, but please dont listen too loudly

A plea for poetbay to all its members

Toll Not My Death Knell Yet by M.A.Meddings

Toll  not my death knell yet
Every five minutes
That single bell chime
And keep away that riderless horse
F
or I am not dead
Weep no tears for me
F
or am I ready to pass over
T
here is spirit in me
Intrinsic beauty in the community
That I engendered
S
o play no dismal anthems yet
S
tay by my bedside
T
end the wounds I gained
F
ear nothing
Except premature burial at thine hands
My strength is in your love
T
oll not the death knell yet
I
am a long time dead

Yes, let us hope that it is a crisis passing, who knows maybe the administrator is going through some personal hell at this time and has just dropped everything ... it is a likely scenario concidering how there is no response what so ever ... this is my positive way looking at the way the Bay is handled right now ....

it is good to have your positive words for the Bay a place much enjoyed ....

I wish the kindness would return, I miss that the most about this site and it is sad to see how few comments are left on poems. I think a lot of us have lost motivation recently - hopefully things will return and the site can again flourish

Michael this is a beautiful plea for the life of Poetbay. Your heart for this site is so fully represented by each word. There is a sadness in these words but you have given hope and inspiration to keep this site alive and well. Thank you Sweetheart. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxyb
