I cried today

I cried today
I cried on my Birthday
I cried on Thanksgiving
I cried on this morning
You telling me to go there and get strong
How strong you want me to be?
I run faster than you
I ski better than you
I make more money than you
I live better than you
I am a me not them
How strong you want me to be?
Or it is our end coming
I am not strong enough to stop it
But am strong enough to make it on my own
I do not want to cry no more
