Cloudy Day Rag

I fell so hard for her,
Like the rain from a cloud,
These drops are my feelings,
Screaming out loud.

The drops penetrate deep,
When they hit the ground,
You can hear their cry,
If you don't make a sound.

The drops flow away,
Like a flooded creek,
I've had enough drops,
To last several weeks.

But my sunshine left,
When she went a way,
So I guess these drops,
Are here to stay.

So,
Rain, Rain go away,
Bring my sunshine back to stay,

So,
Rain, Rain the pain you bring,
I curse your name you evil thing
