If Thoughts Were Raindrops.

If thoughts were raindrops
Would they still drain away
Or would they stay and nourish
Other thoughts along the way
Unlike words that must be said
To reach the listening ear
And settle on the heart and lips
Their feelings all to clear
As lovers in a warm embrace
No need for words at all
The touch, the look, the softess kiss
These thoughts shall now enthrall.

Neelima
Your poem reminds me of a Saying I read very long time ago, about how words should be spoken. That the advice given softly like snow falling on a leaf, makes the greatest impact.
