beware

For you, who'd take that stolen pleasure
Stop, a second just to measure
What will be the repercussive cost
For to take forbidden fruit
Has repercussions so acute
To some, it will seem all has been lost

Self esteem is left to rot
A fear of mirrors will be fought
And pain will be a part of every day
Families will bend, then break
Belief in anything will shake
There'll be nothing you can do or say

So think twice of all the waves
The damages of what you crave
Could echo for hundreds of years
As generations pay the price
For your ten minutes of vice
You and they will always live in fear.

Good advice, but hard to follow when the demon siezes one's senses...

Well put, Nick. I've witnessed what infidelity can do many times in my legal career. Sad it is when a child blames himself for his parent's transgressions

Greetings from Prague :) - Anything stolen, always has to be repaid - you can't have happiness at the cost of someone or something else - at least I can't, it just becomes a vicarious pleasure - and that is short lived.

Just popped in from my friends computer and saw this - shall be back next week - unless Prague totally seduces me, as it is doing and I stay here forever lol
