Grievous Heart

With a fake smile,
I wonder as
Sadness fills my billowing heart...
It's ready to explode.
Causing me continuous grief,
Ripping it apart from whole.

Creating holes in every part are
Piercing stakes driven through my heart.
Blood-stained hands, yet you don't care
Leaving me to wilter here.
