Slip sliding
Esau's
Birthright
Away.
Then came
Uncle Jo,
From kidnap
To
Political
Glory.
From seer
Of Pharoah's
Dreams,
To viceroy
Of all Egypt.
Which brings us
Up to Moses,
Or Ramoses,
Found in
The Nile
By a princess,
Swaddled
In a basket.
You fought injustice
With your life,
Exiled to Jethro,
You came back
To liberate
Your people.
"Let my people
Go!"
