Went to visit a famous, blind fortuneteller just for fun but the outcome was very expensive.

The Seer of Bethlehem

The blind seer
Of Bethlehem,
Took my hand,
And I felt naked,
Humbled,
Before him.

He saw deep
Inside of me,
Through all
My turmoil,
And declined
Payment,
Though his
Barefoot children,
Played around us,
Saying
I would be
Paying,
All my life.

Life is full of payments received and payments given. Bless the man who sees through to your heart. He will receive his payment for his generosity as you have received yours through your kindness. It is the Golden Rule...'do unto others as you would have them do unto you.' Bless you both. : ) kathy

He knew you have paid enough already, Esti.

A fortune teller once told my wife (when she was in high school)
that she would marry a man of a different race and would live her life overseas. She was angry at the time.

Of course, that was in her native Viet-nam in 1968...

Say, that could be a disturbing experience even for a skeptic! I find this a haunting text indeed.
