Heaven and Earth
I feel lonely as the cloud in the sky drifting alone immersed in the vastness of heavenHeaven and earth Will they never meet The horizon always seems to go further and retreat
The Sun kisses the earth Moonbeams kiss the ocean But the earth always yearns for the tidal waves of ocean
But they can be lethal as the waves of Tsunami taking everything with them in the wake of destruction
Leaving behind the earth bare and ravaged The ocean retreats having done the work of savage
The earth is left to recover and salvage What is left of her beauty and barrage
But don't you fret Her potential is so great She will spring back and forgive the ocean for its revenge
The green shoots will sprout from the womb so fertile And make the valley again beautiful and versatile.
