Shenanigans
Your shenanigansRing
But do not fool me
Roundly.
As I toss your thoughts away
I know I will sleep very soundly.
How can you gather to yourself
The fragile and self loathing?
Are you so unsure of love
You merely glimpse it as you are moaning?
Let the ones who need to ease
Fly away to their own mornings
Leave them young and healthy
Unstained by unhealthily introduced thoughts.
Do not gather them to you.
They will blossom according to nature.
You are not very natural you know...
No matter how you paint yourself.
Oh I wish I had a spell
To keep you and your agenda
From all the hurt you insist is yours
I wish you were able to deal with truth alone.
I wish you would drown yourself
Without taking vulnerable souls to die.
It is not your right to do.
No matter how you dress it up
They do not deserve your shenanigans.
