Bitter-sweet love
A tingling down my spine,
As I welcome your love.
You only judge for the good,
No bitterness of life,
Just the sweetness of hope.
No anger,
Just peace.
But now,
We never talk,
Only yell.
Your face contorts
With pure rage,
Red, purple, livid.
Breaking point.
I hear your mind,
Cracking,
Your ears,
Bursting,
Your tongue,
Swelling,
Your nostrils,
Exploding.
Hope has gone out the door
Taking love with it.
