this is when i turned my life around.
i like to turn negatives into postitives and that's what i did here.

proved wrong.

the words you've said
are constantly on my mind:

"you have no friends."
"no one likes you."
"just go, no one cares."
"you're not wanted or needed."
"you're weak and pathetic."

you don't know how
much you've hurt me,
how much pain you've caused and
words cannot express the
pain and suffering i've gone through
to get where i am today.

i used to believe you,
believe you
believe every word that
came out of your mouth.
we were taught to,
taught that "mother's knew everything"
this you didn't know though
you didn't.
and you still don't
and everyday i hope and pray
you'll open your eyes to see
you are wrong about this,
and always have been.

the truth.
truth is this:

i do have friends.
i am loved.
i'm not going anywhere; people do care.
i am wanted and needed in the world.
i am strong.

WOW! Well done I also know how that feels but the positive thing is that we can turn our bad experiences into deep and wonderful poems. This poem is very strong and I really like it again well done.

Perhaps the most pathetic people of all are those who get meaning for their own lives through belittling those they should love.
Strong write!
