Here we go

"Here we go." he said.
He had just found the box of coacoa puffs he had been looking for.
He picked it up and poured some into a bowl.
Then he grabbed the milk carton and poured it slowly into the bowl,
listening to the quiet crackle of the cereal
and the smooth swishes and splashes the milk made
"Ahhh, the pleasures in life..." he whispered to himself
He then ate his breakfast, cleaned up,
and promptly walked out into the world,
the only thing keeping his cheery disposition,
the thought of tomorrow's bowl
tomorrow's cereal
tomorrow's new beginnings...

Very interesting. I like the use of adjectives, nice descriptions! I can almost see it all..
It kind of sounds like the beginning of a short story (or novel), but it's very poetic, nice ending. I like the message you spin off at the end of it. :-)
