It just came to me
~L.~
Hidden away from the rest of the world
[Hidden away or hiding?]
Nestled in a protected cove
[The surrounding river created by her crying]
Once happy, naive and sparkling so,
[A diamond gem so bright]
But now only cold moonlight sees
[Still She shines in reflective light]
The beauty of a wretched soul
[Hiding a giving heart that's no longer whole]
She's shut it out but Love's still there..
...waiting to be rekindled.
