Very morbid
my neighbours missus
has very prominent veins
on her wrists inspired last line
and a friend has a nice butterfly
bracelet on :)
~L.~
Butterfly wings fly me
away on the back of Death,
above the Earth I crest the
wave of uncertainty, holding my breath.
Will Death take me as my legs fail?
I am perched precariously on my board,
Or will the crest be my castle
and I rule Death's wave like a lord?
.....The veins of life quickly become veins of Death.
