Another war.........how many more

A childs expression of grief

I was born to live !
what have I done wrong
that you leave me alone
grownup

no food no sleep no bed
no roof over my head

Where does all your hate come from
and all your deadly weapons
don`t you have any words to speak

a conscience to think of tomorrow
which now brings endless sorrow
grownup

no food no sleep no bed
no roof over my head

My heart is bleeding, what shall I do
the wounds I get come all from you
grownup

Good Lord, Almighty Allah
I want to die in peace

a word I heard, explain its meaning
please,
`cause I am all alone
grownup

no food no sleep no bed
no roof over my head.

Sometimes circumstances can make us who they are. Like different ones grow up in things that others possibly haven't faced except on T.V. Like there is an understanding know one sees because of growing up to fast and coping with so much intensity. Very well captured here. I do hope you didn't experience all this?

That should have been 'live in peace' not leave in peace, ironically enough! Tai

The blatant slaughter of our children, particularly in the middle east and especially Gazza right now, is a henous crime of our so called civilised society, to all it to continue. I feel so ashamed of being a human being when I see the suffering of those innocent children and the despair in their parentsl eyes my friend. If all we can do is speak out our grief, then we must do it. Violence begets violence. The palestinian people want a place to call their home where they are treated equally and can live in peace. They are trapped in the city of gazza and the Israelies put a woman in the front line of the camera's in order to try and justify this disgusting slaughter of innocent people to European nations and of course America. I pray for Obama's inauguoration and some hope of bringing this horror to a quick ending. This is what happens when people are displaced. Somehow rules and room must be made for all to leave in peace. This is my expression of grief of this terrible situation we see played out every day in black and red, thank you for standing up, whoever you may be. Every little helps, Tai
