LUST, CAUTION
Icein the streets
slippery traitorous floor
for a poet in love
on his way somewhere....?
you rather not
would be laying down
with your legs plastered
the head comatized
with any bodily damage
whatsoever
Not exactly
a cold and icy street
you had in mind
for kneeling down
to meet the stars
in trembling moonlight
Your tongue
straight in your mouth
over the ice
to fall where you must fall
hard and heavy
from lust
