since that week in March
three years ago

since how you did those

today I realized
I could honour you a slight little piece of a bit
by listening
occasionally
on the radio
instead of turning it off

and I could think of you
just those few minutes
it takes for the song to end

I could listen and remember
because what we had that week
was something that is indeed
worth thinking of
from time to time

I really do happen to like your

and they do happen to be
