I'm not really sure. It evolved a lot while I was writing it, and then I had to go back and change the beginning to make it more consistent. It has two parts, the second one is faster/more rapid fire.

Close your eyes, turn around
Spin and whirl, fall helpless down
Get up when you hit the ground
Then spin around again
Push all worries from your mind
The grass is soft, the breeze is kind
Then slow and stop when you're aligned
Your face into the wind
Look up with gleaming eyes and stare
Into the wondrous distance there
Throw down your every heavy care
Lift relief when they depart
Imagine what lies there beyond
A silent sky, a forest's song
A place where nothing done is wrong
If it's not deemed so by your heart
It sometimes seems to be the case
That the world we built for the dreams we chase
Has become in reality the only place
On Earth where we just don't belong
So take a step forward – two, three, and four
Walk on and on until you can no more
Escape the structure, the people, their war
And the air filled with dissonance strong

Erase the raging fire roaring dark among your thoughts
Erase the thoughts themselves, racing, fighting all for naught
Chase the precious freedom that a million lives had bought
Which we stripped and gagged and chained to one another
And now we run and pull in every possible direction
Bound together whether we'd led or cried out in objection
And we cannot move now as freedom proves how delicate perfection
Can, by man's ungraceful hand, be smothered
So walk, walk away, and never dare look back
Sell your soul to solitude – it does not merit lack
Moisten your mind, with reason and rhyme – dry clay is quick to crack
And crumble into deadened reddish dust
I'd come with you my friend, in a heartbeat - but see
I'm bound much too tightly – I can scarcely breathe
My chains are too strong, the locks have no key
And in my remaining years they'll never rust
So alone you'll venture towards a quiet mind
A quiet sky, a forest's song, and all else that you find
So far away from the world today with which we're so entwined
And especially me its thick rope hugs unjust.
But you can't give up now – you must seize the day
And lacking destination makes it hard to lose your way
But please, just heed the final words to you I'll ever say
Only to yourself endeavor to yourself entrust.
