Inspired by Nightwish.
Had to play around for a bit
to get the flow right but I think
it's one of my best.
~L.~
I stand atop the spray coated rocks and call;
"Waterfall of turquoise beauty
I'm tired of this 'save humanity' duty
drown me in your cascading tomb
and hold me safe in your watery womb..."
Empathica lands of pure innocent white
befouled by evil fantasy on this bloody night,
bloated on lust, black angels revel in their might,
altar of infanticide worship such a torturous sight.
Screams of whispers ignored, for I spoke it.....
Only the deaf hear the silent screams
of the dying heart's slow beat
and only the blind see the torture
radiating within calm's mirage heat.
Used, abused, thrown out like a glass of moet,
sun-bleached bones, remnants of this rotting poet.
