pure Zen
The oriental fireplace at my home
a japanese ancient artefact to long for
where there's a tale in each of the stones
from a time long ago
when tao te ching was born
~*~
Under the sycamore trees hanging down in the yards front
we sit on the old roots playing a game of GO
the Zen garden spreads out around us all
with its patterns from a hand that's slow
while meditating on its flow
~*~
making the round circles and bows in the sand around the roots and stones
as old as the ones in the fireplace with it's secret holes
only the owner, which is I, the loose ones knows
reading haiku while Sakura's playing through my room on instruments of old
the traditional piece effect's added by the real cherries in a red glass bowl
a black dragonpipe in comfort I smoke
laid back in front of the glow.
