Maybe this will end the silly arguments of the creationists v Darwinists.

Evolution v Big G

It was the dawn of the fifth day,
And God looked down
And created a flower,
And was well pleased.

Nature in response,
Slowly created a million
Copies,
Varieties,
Each a different hue.

On the first day
He created light,
Science created
Millions of light years.

As a gift to the world,
He created His son,
Society created
Thousands of families.

He created land and sea,
Geology created tectonics.

He created the idea,
We formed philosophy.

He made the prototype,
We made the Bentleys.

God was the first,
But now we are 6 billion
Created in his image,
Wading through
The misery of malnutrition,
The mire of blood,
Shed by brother
Against brother.
Esau and Jacob,
Palestinian and Jew,
Not much has changed
In ten millenia,
Are we doomed
Never to learn
From our mistakes?

We seem much better at learning from our mistakes technologically than socially, no? Enjoyed this, even if it is still too theistic for me!
