Homecoming

The Homecoming

As the date of homecoming is getting near,
A flash of light lingers in my thought and its clear,
The sweet lady of my heart whispers hope in my ears,
"My ever dearest love I am coming to wear off your fears.
As she would always say and assure,
I am yours for all eternity to endure.
You own the biggest part of my heart,
For my family owns only the smallest chunk or part.
Please, stop all the worries and fears that I brought,
For serenity and harmony were all I longed and sought."
I love to hear the sound of your sweet words
But those are words not attuned to the musical chords.
They must go hand in hand to the tune of the band.
So, that harmony will be heard all over the land.
