What You Make Me Wish

I dont think I could find anywhere

More peaceful then here.

Wrapped in believable illusions,

And gentle lullabies.

Being whispered ingenuous lies

And unbelievable truths.

Wonderous fireflies tickle my eyes

And dark skies light my heart on fire.

Warmth from the miracle beside me

Numbs my skin.

Cool green meadow below me

Make my beating pulse slow into

A gentle rhythm

The pure moon above me

Makes everything more vivid in my mind.

And the protective, serene and loving aura

From you that surrounds me,

Makes the moment all the more precious.

How I wish the stars would let me lay beside you,

Forever.

I loved it --- A very gentle poem that made me smile when i read it,
whether that was the intention or not,

~nevertheless very thought provoking~
