A Dove Visited

The dews still shimmered
On blades of green grasses
A perpetual endless field of lush lilies

A new dawn of a new day
Heralds the beginning of seven
Seated on the balcony of hope
Caressed by the cool breeze
In the month of love

Transfixed on movements
Below and above
Jerked from early morning reverie

A solemn stranger approached
Perched on the rail
Confidently and majestically
'' I bring good news...
now i take my leave ''
Fiam! and back into the firmament
With my heart

As the sun
Peeped
Gingerly through the sky
Her first golden rays
Piercing my ominous countenance
Enveloping me in warm embrace
Of lofty brightness and goodness
