My sister Kristin has a drinking problem...
But in the back of my mind, I knew it wouldn't last
And I was right, you are back to it again,
Drinking every night with all of your friends.
Kristin, you are my sister, and I love you!
But I worry, so much. You just turned 22 yesterday,
and already a drunk!
You can blame the world, but the mistakes have been your own
You are lucky to have parents like we do
To bail you out
You have had 2 DUIS, and I hope no more. You have a young daughter
Whom you should be living for
I pray you'll get help, but you get so defensive
You say it is only your business
But I disagree!
You could hurt yourself, or someone else
So this is my plea to you
PLEASE STOP!

Drinking
When you quit cold turkey, I was proud to a pointBut in the back of my mind, I knew it wouldn't last
And I was right, you are back to it again,
Drinking every night with all of your friends.

But I worry, so much. You just turned 22 yesterday,
