I was bored so thought I'd try the
forgive me challenge.
~L.~
My Selfish Ways, Please Forgive
Your heart into a thousand pieces,
unintentionally, I broke
I know the life,
from me, you want to choke.
But although many
careless things I do,
believe, please, that
really I didn't mean to hurt you.
Forgive my selfish ways
somehow,
please know your pain
causes anguish to my days.
I understand away from me you turn
in anger, hurt, disgust,
but before our bones turn to dust,
Can you please forgive me?
