The poem to be published in my school yearbook!
Dips and soars and higher he flies,
With little hands tight on the strings
Dreaming of many things.
Little child what do you see?
Purple ribbons and baby dolls,
Castles and ponies and waterfalls,
With shining eyes on a busy bee
And princesses drinking tea.
Little child what do you see?
Children laugh and children cry,
Imagine what it's like to fly,
Touch the clouds, surpass the sun
Then sit amongst stars when the day is done.
Little child what do you see?
A world without pain or sadness or fear,
A world where you keep all that you hold dear,
Where nothing is lost to unrelenting time
And you never fall further than you've climbed.
Little child what do you see?
I want to see
Green fields and sunshine,
Flowers on ever-climbing vines,
The past is gone, the future, to be
Step forth into a land of the free.
Shall we?

What Do You See?
Kelantan kites in deep blue skiesDips and soars and higher he flies,
With little hands tight on the strings
Dreaming of many things.

And princesses drinking tea.
