How life take you through so many challenges, but God will help you through everything.
You cut through my spirit with your knife of lies; anger and deceit stole my inner glow that always shined where my soul and spirit meet.
You took from me what I had begun to build, locked down the women in me
So I would be confused on how I feel.
Robbed of any happiness that you thought I would gain, you tried with all your might to drive
me insane.
The blue and black splatters that stood all around me, the verbal insecurities that burst out in fear
Kept me in a corner of my mind any time that you were near.
The ongoing memories of all the darkness around me kept me in my
prison afraid to break free.
I see a speck of light near, nothing that you should fear
It seem surreal, wrapped a cloth around me made of steel.
Allowed me to come out of this holding cell that I placed on my life
Held me in the darkness until I was whole again.
Now who wouldn't want to have this kind of Best Friend...
Lord thank you for loving me so much and allowing me to be set free.....
