Drift
Yes it's true I still sleep on the couch
In preference to a big old empty bed
But I don't cry now when I listen to the old songs
What could have been no longer rules my head
I can appreciate a sunset without yearning
For someone to hold my hand apon the cliffs
And there is no empty pining in my belly
No particular old haunt when my mind drifts
There's no-one in mind when Valentines are mentioned
On my horizon there's no one and only
I've finally found the peace within my solitude
I found the difference between alone and lonely
