Life can be so complicated
it's either black or white
I'm running against a wall
it seems that I've lost my way

I keep screaming soundless air
I'm trapped against my own wishes
but in the end it's all up to me
to set myself free

I'm singing my soul out for once
I'm doing something I love
and you can't stop me now

Life can be so complicated
people keep stressing me about my life
'cause time is ticking away
and nobody wants to be left behind

I've lost my senses while following you
and everything you touch falls apart around me
but one thing is for sure
I don't have to listen or do what you say

because of life's complications
and how easy it is to lose our way,
