Letting things go till ugly situations. But there is a solution!

The Crunch (Not the Captain)

Putting it all Off,
Again.
Now piled on en masse.
So much to do, up late tonight
Or really morning.

Declare to not let it go,
Again.
But, slip sliding--
Back to usual
And behinder and behinder I go again.

O woe, addicted to masochism
Other people to criticize me.
STOP, I let go of
My resentments and escapes.
Peace, look to myself-

Encourage my dear self
And not be influenced,
By Other People (OP).
They have their opinions and
Problems, not my concern.

Must retain peace and serenity,
And judge not others.

Soup in the Sand
Marvelous, my dear Sir!

My brother consumes vast quantities of Capt'n Crunch (he alternates with Lucky Charms), and he is quite successful. My thinking is perhaps crunching the Crunch might give you the will power to overcome this inertia.

Couldn't hurt.

Enjoyed your poem, and all your poems,
jim
