The dance floor on the Hill

I am not my poems
I am irritable and sour
poems dance free
I go and staring at that dance
it is aware of its value
I am disappointed that it leaves me
I've written it
I am the choreographer
but what makes the dancers, they kick me out
I no longer needed
do not they ask how I feel
what I have for health
dance does not age
I will die
they dance on

I am not my poems
I am irritable and sour
poems dance free
I go and staring at that dance
it is aware of its value
I am disappointed that it leaves me
I've written it
I am the choreographer
but what makes the dancers, they kick me out
I no longer needed
do not they ask how I feel
what I have for health
dance does not age
I will die
they dance on
