Maelstrom
The maelstrom of my mindIs tearing me up inside
Thoughts of you
So bitter sweet
I feel like I'll never be complete
Lingering behind the curtains
Never wholly gone
Memories like a broken looking glass
Into another world
Jagged edges razor sharp
Luring me with their siren call
Irresistible to linger on
No matter the pain
