Wind Like Marriage(Elements Challenge)
Like a lover's gentle kiss
it blows coolingly across the nape,
other times it slams like a boxers fist
and it's destructive fury you can't escape.
A blessing to sailors on clear days;
or a curse when it whips the waves high,
It can't be tamed no matter what anyone says
and it makes the clouds move in the sky.
Wind; it is life's blessing and curse
but we live with it, like marriage,
til death doth part, for better or for worse.
