Just a little something I just wrote, reflecting my current state of mind.
Coming down on me
Brings me down so hard
Flat down on the ground
Too heavy a burden
To lift myself up
Left in this oblivion
The scent of failure so strong
I can taste the earth
My being fading into darkness
Rid myself of everything
Becoming just an empty shell
Before leaving it all behind
Travelling down a lonely road
Towards a new emptiness

Feeling helpless
Raining tears of sadnessComing down on me
