Was originally for school, but I cut out some parts and here it is :-)
Is really quite the contrary.
Equal, ignorant sacrifices,
For the simple reason of conformity.
That unwillingness to reach out
And for once consider other possibilites
Instead casting them aside as myths
Thus simply sound with no quality.
Such nonsense has gone on for too long.
It is time we made a change.
Hypocrisy is a judgemental term,
As a result it holds little meaning to the hypocrite.
You can't tell the blind "see!"
And voice your frustration if they laugh in reply.
As pure as one's intentions may be
For the intended it is not an easy path
Who are really uninformed in this fickle matter?
War, destruction, silent contridictions
Hope lost through friction
The cartilage broken
The joint a waste,
Such mindless obliteration.
The poison of pride
Unable to coexist,
Due to bliss in ignorance
Due to our own lack of humanity
Our unwavering fear of acceptance.
I pray now for acceptance.

Acceptance
What seems like nothing in common,Is really quite the contrary.

For the simple reason of conformity.
That unwillingness to reach out
And for once consider other possibilites
Instead casting them aside as myths
Thus simply sound with no quality.
Such nonsense has gone on for too long.
