this was original written in 2000
but rewritten [refined] in 2005 -
the same with it's sequel.
from this prison negativity's put me in
and I can see the way to break free
from people's, friends and even family's
putdowns on/of me.
But something dark blocks the path in front of me
chains suddenly appear and bind my naked feet
and their biting, siliver snake heads
keep me held tight to the cold, stone cobbled floor.
I can no longer escape!
the lit exit sign taunts me
as it dissapears back into the darkness
.....Leaving me helplessly Trapped!
in it's rapidly departing wake.
