You think you can run away?
I will stay with you everyday
I will be close when you are faraway
and nothing you can say can make me sway

Do you think of me as the bad luck?
Do you wish you could shut me up?
The second time ligthing struck
Sip my blood out of this cup

Don't take that tone with me
I'm all that you choose to be
I'm what once made you see

See that life wasn't that great
That no matter what you did create
It would crumble in front of your eyes
I didn't make you say all those goodbyes
It was simply my advise

Somebody wishper our name
You know you can't answer
Because it's you they blame
That's why I'm here, your cancer
I appear whenever you feel a shame

Without me you could be yourself again
But I'm the one protecting you from confrontation
I will be here defending you, just say when
So you will not have to witness your own fragmentation

Call our name
And I will answer
and we can talk to ourself,
to make sure that we will survive...
