The trickster's kiss (Triolet challenge)*revised*

Why is it so?
That we kill each other with a kiss
When we actually feel that we "lose" ourselves
Why is it so?
That we never say teach me with a kiss how to
Blissfully forget the sigh between our kisses
Why is it so?
That we kill each other with a kiss. . .

"The minute I heard my first love story,
I started looking for you, not knowing
how blind that was.

Lovers don't finally meet somewhere,
they're in each other all along."

From Essential Rumi
by Coleman Barks

Very nice... I especially liked lines 5 & 6 :)

It makes one wonder what the Trickster's motive is. Is it clever to steal a kiss? Perhaps it's a mutual desire to "lose" ourselves, in which we are both tricksters.

Nicely done. I like the internal rhyme of 'blissfully' for kiss.
